We Can Help Today!

When a window is damaged, be it broken glass or the window frame, our professional local Hoddesdon glaziers are only a short distance away to fix the problem. We can also modernise your existing frames with more efficient window styles including double glazing, aluminum replacement windows and Low - E Glass.

For Hoddesdon shop front windows we would use laminate glass, which conforms to BS 6206. Large and/or thicker than normal panes will usually be a next day service, dependant on glass dimensions. Our Hoddesdon double-glazed units take approximately two to three days to order, and all our units come with a manufacturers guarantee.

Hoddesdon Glazing Testimonials

Customer Name: John R. Davis.
I wish to thank two of your staff for the very professional manner in which they dealt with the emergency call-out to my property. Firstly the lady who took my initial telephone call, whose name I believe was Kerry. She listened carefully to my problem and then proceeded to offer a solution giving detailed information on how to solve it. She was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Secondly to the engineer, Tim Friedenheim, who arrived at the agreed time and immediately got on with the job. He to was extremely polite, courteous and fully understood what needed to be done to resolve the problem.
I have been involved with the training of customer service to both domestic and international companies within the United Kingdom and the USA and it always stands out when excellence is achieved in this field.

Example Of Our Glass Services

Glass Bends
Glass bends are specially manufactured, and are most common in shop fronts, or similar commercial enterprises. In order for the glass to be bent, it must be heated very close to it's melting point. It is then fed through a machine that creates the glass bend using a pre-defined gradiant. Once this process is complete, the glass is usually chemically toughened, as the glass is not suitable to be toughened with heat, as the glass does not lie flat.
